Intimate Weddings

$1,500- $4,000

Depending on the size of the bridal party, this will cover all personal flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages) as well as allows for some simple table decorations at the reception.

Or, instead of table flowers, this could allow for a feature at the ceremony. ( arbor, aisle pieces, etc.)

Signature Weddings

$4,000- $10,000

This price range falls within our typical full service wedding - most often this includes personal flowers, a ceremony floral feature, and flowers and candles for the tables, cocktail florals, bar, and signage.

Luxury Weddings

$10,000+

This price ranges is for large weddings and for those wanting custom installations and floral features throughout the ceremony and reception. Think an abundance of arrangements, candles, ceiling installs, and whatever else you can dream of.

There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to sorting through a budget for your wedding flowers. It’s important to know, as a couple, how important fresh flowers are for your wedding day - you may feel flowers aren’t a central focus for your day or you may feel your flowers are ‘the thing’ that will bring your unique day to life. Also, give some consideration to your venue: does it need the additional decor florals or is it a beautiful venue that you don’t need to go over the top?

As a good rule of thumb, I suggest your floral budget account for 10-15% of your overall wedding budget. On the other hand, you are looking for Pinterest-worthy, abundant design, we would suggest allocating 20-25% of your total wedding budget. Most of my couples spend between $3,000-$10,000 but some spend less or budget more based on your preferences. Remember, it’s your day and the day should reflect your taste and style.

From my perspective, I am super excited to work with all couples regardless of their budget. We have a $3,000 minimum for wedding set ups. With that being said, anything anything under that amount can be picked up or dropped off at the venue for a delivery fee. We are always happy to provide suggestions on where the money is best spent and where to get ‘the most bang for your buck’ at your venue and how to make the greatest impact on the day.

Our Style

When asked about our style we like to describe it as elegant, organic, and airy.

Our wedding floral designs are inspired by the season, venue and of course, the couple. We have done a wide variety of colour palettes and styles and love designing new and unique concepts.

Our Process

  • Fill out our inquiry form. We will look over the details and confirm our availability for your wedding date. If available, we will proceed to the next step.

  • You will recieve an email with a link to book a consultaion with me.

  • Once booking the consultation we will jump on a phone call to discuss the wedding details, and compile the information needed to send over a custom proposal.

  • After sending out a custom proposal, take your time to go through the details. This proposal will not be the final draft, but essentially one that we will work off of and edit as needed.

    We understand that when booking not all the details are finalized yet, so we will keep the proposal open to change.

    An optional follow up meeting is available to discuss any details and changes

  • If you are happy with the proposal, you can follow the next steps of signing the contract and paying the retainer fee to secure your date with us. All of this will be found on the same proposal file on the following pages.

  • At some point between booking services and our final details meeting, we will have a second consultation, this is where we will go over any updates that may change anything to your original design. This meeting is optional.

  • This final meeting allows us to go over all the details, such as timing, day of logistics, make any adjustments, etc. At the end we will provide a final invoice. This meeting usually aligns with the week of your final payment due date

  • The day we’ve been all waiting for! Our team will follow the breakdown and timeline we have outlined, and provide the utmost dedication and care. (This is our fav part).

  • We are located in Pittsburgh, PA. We will travel within 2 hours of downtown Pittsburgh.

  • Our full service wedding minimum is currently $3,000. At this minimum our team will deliver, set up,and tear down your wedding. With that being said, any budgets under $3,000 can still book us! We can provide your florals with additional delivery fees. Note that this means that one of our team members will just drop of the items at the venue. You can also checkout our A La Carte collections for easy ordering and transparent pricing!

  • We consider requests for elopements and micro weddings, as well as other celebrations like baby and bridal showers, corporate parties, birthdays, and anniversaries. It is dependent upon our availability. You may inquire as early as three months prior to the event date.

  • We typically book our weddings 6-12 months prior to the wedding date. We limit the number of weddings we take on each year to ensure the quality of service remains high for all of our clients, as well as gives us time to keep a healthy work / life balance, rejuvenate our creativity, and work on other projects

  • We LOVE working with wedding planners! Ideally, if you think we would be the best fit for your client, please reach out via email directly with your request for an estimate. We prefer to have a good understanding of the design and client's wishes so that we can ensure we are a great fit too! We don't want to be just a number on a list - relationships are important! Providing as much detail as possible is always best, so please include a mood board, floor plan, and quantities with your email. We will review, confirm availability, and get you a numerical estimate as soon as possible to discuss with your clients

  • Yes! We have a growing inventory of compotes, vases, candles, stands, and pedestals.
